I was completely stoked when Doug and Sarah asked if it would be okay to do their shoot at the horse races. I love when a couple gets creative and does something out of the ordinary. More

So this was a shoot of many firsts for me. It was the first time I had the opportunity to shoot at the Encinitas Botantical Gardens, the first time I had planned to shoot in the rain, and the first time I have been prayed for by my bride and groom to be. Shiloh and I had scheduled this shoot for a couple ago and we had to reschedule due to the rain. Ironically, the day we rescheduled to ended up showing rain in the forecast also. Jared & Shiloh wanted to roll with it and do a  ”Rainy Engagement.” I was completely excited for this and came ready to get wet. The morning ended up being a beautiful one, and we had a great “dry” shoot. Jared and Shiloh are beautiful people and I can not wait to shoot their wedding this year at the Darlington House in June. So photographing lovely couples is always a pleasure, however it is even better when they are good friends. Laura was a best friend and roommate to my wife Erica. We had a great time hanging out and shooting the smily couple. I cant explain how special it is to share these moments in peoples relationships. Cant wait for their wedding! More

Character, Character, Character!!!!! This wedding was the last of my season and definitely one of my most favorite of the year. It was a small and intimate wedding on the top of Temecula Wine Country at the Temecula Farm House. This venue was perfect for a smaller wedding like this and was bleeding with antiques and awesome little nick-nacks. On top of the amazing venue, I had an amazing hair & make up artist (my wife 1011 Make Up) and Gabe and Amanda are an amazing couple with awesome style and huge laughs. It was a great way to finish off the year. Enjoy! Congrats Gabe & Amanda!
